Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Subject Matter of the Contract

GCCM Schmucki (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) sells the goods specified in print catalogs, flyers, and the online shop to the customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) under the following delivery and sales conditions (T&C).
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but merely an unbinding online catalog. Placing products in the “shopping cart” does not constitute a binding order. You only place a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the “Order” button on the order page. We will then immediately send you a contract confirmation by email, upon receipt of which the contract is concluded.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made by advance payment (bank transfer) / PayPal (PayPal, credit card), credit card (Stripe), or using cryptocurrencies. Currently, we accept Bitcoin (BTC) and other cryptocurrencies according to the prevailing exchange rates. Please note that additional fees may apply for cryptocurrency transactions, which will be indicated at the time of the transaction. Goods will be shipped only upon receipt of full payment.

Delivery Conditions

All products are shipped at cost. Express deliveries (delivery the next day before 9 am) are not available. The ordered products can be shipped worldwide. You can check the availability of each individual product in our online shop. The products are produced after order from our partner. Shipping costs and the estimated time can be viewed in the checkout process. However, this time is only estimated and may differ.

Right of Withdrawal

Since Swiss law do not support “Right of Withdrawl”, you have also no right of withdrawal.
If you are not stayfished with your order, maybe we can discuss about Withdrawl. Plesae send us a Withdrawl request infront of first 2 Days after recieve the Goods. After we’re grant for Withdrawls, please send us your goods within 14 days after receiving the grant for it (the timely dispatch is decisive). We will refund the payments as soon as we have received the goods, provided that the goods are still in their original condition (original packaging and not worn or unpacked!). If the goods are no longer in the original packaging or have been opened, we reserve the right to deduct a refund. Hygienic products (headphones, doormats, clothing, etc.) are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal and will be rejected in any case. Custom-made or procured products, such as pictures, wigs, and other products, are excluded from contract withdrawal after order confirmation or receipt of payment.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for possible damage or excessive wear from the refundable purchase price.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of GCCM Schmucki. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law. – St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Final Provisions

When selling the goods specified in print catalogs, flyers, and the online shop of GCCM Schmucki, exclusively the T&C in their valid version at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract apply. These terms and conditions also apply, in particular, if they should differ from those of the customer. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. GCCM Schmucki reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions at any time.
